Everything starts with selecting the best production zones in Mexico with the highest-quality harvest; we take the most outstanding care in offering the best products by applying agricultural and fruit handling standards and best practices. We select our associate producers to fully satisfy the quality and food safety requirements of export markets. We harvest the fruit and ensure its traceability up until the sorting facilities.Sorting
When receiving the product at our sorting facilities, we receive and inspect the product through our quality processes, generating product traceability information, and then continue with the avocado sorting and packing process. Sorting is done by caliber and quality according to the requirements of international markets.Post harvest
